I’m feeling like my life is more than 50% Positive emotion and 50% negative emotion. It feels like my negative emotion loneliness, anxiety and sadness are here 100% of the time. No matter how many models I do or how many times I talk to a coach about it doesn’t seem to leave. I have accepted this as part of my human experience but I’m struggling with this as I wonder if coaching is really working. Can I get guidance on if I’m doing this program right?
