Since joining scholars a few months ago, I have been feeling all the feelings lol.
I have cried more in the past few months than the past few years. Am I doing this right? I have really allowed myself to feel when things aren’t going away, without letting myself buffer. I am on a protocol for weight loss and have deleted social media off of my phone (used to spend 2-4hrs a day on it).
I know Brooke says 50/50, and I would still say I have positive emotions ~50% of the time, but I am concerned about all of this new negative emotion I haven’t felt before. Am I supposed to be feeling more feelings more intensely than ever before since I have started working on myself and limiting buffering?
