50/50 – Where is the happy 50 these days ?

It’s been a few weeks that I am buffering more than before about one particular project I am working on, and I want to have more understanding to be able to prevent it in the future.

Thanks to one of your coaches I came to the awareness that when it is planned and I don’t do it, my mind goes to “I have the discomfort of the diet these days. I have the discomfort of the in vitro fertilization medication these days, etc, so I don’t want to add the discomfort of this project to myself right now.”

So I don’t do it, even if it is really important to me.

Now that I see it, I want to be able to change it, because it is not getting me the result I want on this project + I doesn’t even make me feel good.

Can you help me ?
