If I have a 8 hour protocol, do I eat 3 times within that time frame. So if the window is 10-6, Eat at 10, 2 and 6 so 4 hours in between? Or eat only twice at 10 and than 6? I was trying to eat twice at 10 and 6, but so far I get pretty hungry pretty early around 2 or 3 pm.
