I have heard this phrase on a few podcasts, some are LCS grads: “I coached myself hard.” Another is that “my coach coached me hard.” What does that mean? And is that/how is that different from, for example, doing the weekly 20 minute coaching session that’s part of our Scholars membership? Thank you.
