9 pm bed


I am having trouble getting traction on getting myself to go to bed at my planned time, 9pm.

C: 9pm

T: this is so important

F: numb

A: keep doing “stuff” that is suddenly “urgent”

R: spastic bedtime between 9 (rarely), and 4 am. Most often I climb in betwen 12 and 1

C: 9pm

T: I am in bed at 9!

F: Delighted

A: my daily items are addressed

R: in bed at 9
