A believe i want to change


Hi there, i’m working on having good thoughts about my boyfriend. The first step and most life changing step.i did already as i understood that my negative thoughts about him has no meaning and i should not believe them. Helped me so much.
But one belief that comes popping up is this: shouldn’t positive feeling come automatcly concerning our partners? Or arent there people who would bring better feeling thoughts and then feelings of you? Its not so naturaly
