A different protocol


I think what’s holding me back from going all in to lose weight is the NFNS protocol. I do not believe it is sustainable for me. Especially no flour. I don’t mind no sugar. I have been in SCS for 6 months and I am still “thinking about it”. Losing weight is a need more than a want. I am going to make an appointment with a coach. Will they be flexible on the protocol? Which coach is best for me?
I am 62 and feel like I can’t put it off any longer. By the numbers I should lose nearly 100 lbs but I do not want to look my age or older. I would be happy to lose 30. That would blow my mind.
