A lake weekend

Ok, I am invited for a “girls weekend at the lake” which is code for drinking and eating every minute of the weekend. The list of what to bring included everything I don’t eat. So is this where I do models? Right now I am thinking this way
C – going to the lake with friends
T – this is going to be a huge challenge and not that fun because I am going to have to spend most of my time turning down food and booze
F – not really interested in going but don’t know how I can get out of it.
R – go and either go off my plan and regret it or go and be miserable watching others eat and drink what I can’t

C – going to the lake with friends
T – what they eat and drink is up to them, the same goes for me
F – I am going to do what is best for me which means staying on my plan (guess that is really a thought)
F – empowered to do what is best for me
A – stay on my plan and pay no attention to what others do, that is up to them
R – leave the weekend feeling proud of myself

This is going to take a lot of mental rehearsal. Any advise?
