Can you help me with my model?
In the A line I put checking my phone and I am trying to figure out what’s causing me to do this action. I would like to do it during planned times.
I am not sure of the thought causing it. It happens so fast. Maybe because it’s habitual. Putting my phone in another room helps, but I’d like to understand why I am doing this.
I think the feelings are unfulfilled and avoidant.
