C: I started new job on Wednesday

F: stressed
A: worry about what will be assigned to me. Check my email, Slack, Jira. Pick up on clues in what people are telling me that might suggest I will/won’t be able to do the job. Don’t eat lunch & get a headache. Sleep from 7pm-7am. Forget that I completed a test project before they offered me the job and they said I did well. Think about the future and worry/don’t be present to now.
