A perfectly executed Monday Hour One as my 30 day goal?

I would like to start doing what is on my calendar 100% of the time (unless there is blood… or a work meeting gets moved, or something else out of my control). I want to be able to honor the commitment to myself and just do it. I have lots of projects and goals that I want to make progress on and want to use my time to the best of my ability. I thought: what if I do a 30 day goal in August of always doing what is on my calendar? Right now I am scheduling most of my time and am often running late in the schedule or just blindly ignoring things. I would say over-all I am getting maybe 60% of my plans for the week done, depending on the week. I use the times I dont do what is planned as a learning lesson, which I intend to apply to this endeavor. I guess my question is: is this too much? Like, should I start with doing what is on my calendar 100% 2 or 3 days a week? Or only scheduling 50% of my time?
