Greetings Coach! When I hear “protocol,” I think of weight loss. But I listened to the Monday Hour One session today with Sara P (which was wonderful of course!) and she mentioned we could have a protocol for time. This excites me because protocols for weight loss makes so much sense to me and I am excited to apply this concept to time.
What kinds of things can I consider putting in a protocol for time?
Are there resources in SCS that talk about this?
