So I’ve been wanting to cut back on drinking. I was all pissed at myself because I drank off plan about a week ago and you helped me with my model. I’m actually finally embedding in my brain that it I am CHOICE here. So, last night I planned on two glasses of wine. Came home, had my first glass, took about 40 minutes to drink it (which in and of itself is a win). Hubby was cooking dinner and I decided to go ‘under plan” and see how that felt. Had sparkling water. Felt much better the rest of the night, slept better, and feel good today.
