Here is my model, I would love to hear your feedback and perhaps how I can turn this into a believable intentional model, which I still have a difficult time with because my brain enjoys swimming in negative thoughts despite the models.

C – An opportunity to do a workshop around coaching for a non-profit organization
T – I am not ready to do this
F – Doubt
A – I procrastinate in submitting my ideas for the workshop, I continue in this negative spiral, I create more reasons why I am not ready to do this workshop
R – I am not ready and therefore no coaching workshop
