I am studying SCS and am in the certification programme and loving it – thank you! However, every time I am reading notes on a certain topic I try and retain it so I can talk about it to someone else. IE – so I know the information is going into my brain and I am relaying it articulately. The problem is I am so slow, I am a slow reader and a slow learner – I know these maybe thoughts but they both carry a lot of evidence from childhood till now and I thought I had got better but I have stayed the same my brain just freezes on information and it takes so long for me to absorb! I go over the same material numerous times but struggle to absorb fully. Is there any thing that I could be doing better to absorb this information in the most efficient way possible? Any tips on learning would be really appreciated.
