Accelerating intentional thoughts

IM:
C – Short term employee job ends this week. No employee work scheduled next week. I have coaching business.
T – MY ONLY JOB IS TO CLOSE MULTIPLE COACHING SALES NEXT WEEK.
F – ENGROSSED
A – I connect with 100s of target clients. I make multiple offers to work with me daily. I close multiple sales. I commit to and follow thru on working 6-7 hrs a day income generating. I prioritize and hyper focus on who’s the next person I can connect with live. I self-coach throughout the day.
R – I fill my practice within one week.

I did this model this morning and I brought this to my 1×1 session today. My coach asked me on a scale of 1-10 how much I believe the T-line. I told her a 7.5. She asked me how come I’m not a 9. I told her because it’s still a fairly new thought. I’m also operating under the belief that it takes time for new thoughts to settle in to the body and mind. She asked me could I just decide to be a 9 now? And not from a place of urgency.

WHOA! Mind blown! I don’t really hear this on the myriad coaching calls I’ve listened to so I’m not accustomed to thinking this way. And it excites me.

Coach invited me to recall other thoughts I have at a level 9. I did and I shared where I feel those thoughts in my body. As I’m anchored into those feelings, I think of my new thought: My only job is to close multiple coaching sales next week. I feel engrossed, which shows up as buzzy, fluttery, and tunnel-vision like focus.

Will you please speak more to just deciding to be a 9 on an intentional thought?
