Are these items acceptable on the no flour/sugar plan?
Corn – corn tortillas, corn on the cob, corn chips (sparingly)
Potatoes
Alcohol – I like to have a Vodka/Fresca (no-calorie soda) with a splash of cranberry juice (yes, sugar but just a splash) lime in the evenings. This is my treat.
Coffee with Truvia and a little bit of 2% milk. Is it better to have cream? Is Truvia OK?
Sunflower seeds – if I am dying to get to 12 noon to eat, sometimes I have a few sunflower seeds in the shell to get through
Thanks. Week One I lost 4 lbs. Week Two gained 2 back (I absolutely know why). Week Three and Four need to be much more dedicated.
