Accepting the situation or a person “as is” without reacting is such a fine line in my mind, especially if the circumstance is bound to cause negative thoughts and feelings. EX: c: you are rude T: I don’t agree as it is my authentic behavior to say No when I don’t like do something f: resentment A: action sit with resentment and react when opportunity comes though not at the same moment ( projection). Guide me to accept and not to react.
