How can I accomplish my goals from a place of kindness and compassion?
Lately I’ve been working on accomplishing some of my goals, especially related to my business, but the last days I realized I’ve been doing it motivated by guilt, and fear of failure. I’ve been having thoughts related to scarcity, comparing myself to others and that I’m not good enough. When I realized this I decided to slow down to work on my mind, but now I’m having trouble finding a motivation to start working again that is not based on negative thoughts or feelings. Can you help me with that?
