To act or not to act, that is the question?

Hello Brooke!

I hope you are having a fabulous August 😆

I need a new and unbiased perspective.

This year my focus is on completely finishing my novel and getting it publish plus creating a six figure income from my writing. I decided writing was an avenue for my purpose. I’m currently at the final stages of writing my novel (yay me!) but now I have a new interest I wish to add (not replacebut add) which is acting. All this while worrying about money (just realized that was the nagging feeling in the back of my mind) .
I decided to focus on writing because I love it and that is what I want to do. Yet Acting both intrigues me and excites me but I’m worried that I am using it as a distraction (my mind can be very crafty) . I told myself that I could pursue it once I finish my writing my novel. What are your thoughts?

Here are some Thought Models I have been working with:
C: acting
T: it is a distraction.
F: worry, anxious.
A: worry, don’t make decision, obsess
R: It is a distraction without me even pursuing it.

C: Acting.
T: I can learn so much from it.
F: excited.
A: make decision and dive in.
R: I learn so much from it.

Thought Model on Debt:
C: Debt
T: I won’t pay it off. It is too much and growing.
F: scared.
A: buffer, worry, stress
R: I won’t pay it off, gain weight, and don’t get things done.

C: debt
T: It is easy to pay it all off. I totally got this.
F: confident.
A: create ways to pay it off.
R: It is easy to pay it all off.

Thank you for all your help.

Much love and happiness, Liza
