Hi Brooke, I often find when doing my models that the Action and result is the same…could I be doing something differently here? Example;
C – Travel to see my cousin visiting from Australia
T – I don’t really want to go
F – Guilty
A – Go to see her anway and feel annoyed
R – I’m annoyed at myself???

Help here…
