Actions also create emotions that create thoughts (sports, vagal nerve, etc.) 2

Didn’t get your answer. Sports (for eg.) generate endorphines which generate pleasant emotions which generate pleasant thoughts : medical fact, experienced facts.
So, it means that actions can also create emotions and then thoughts : basic physiology.
Our question is how does the School take that into account in the Model which seems to be taught, so far, only in one single direction, and not talking about this reality, right? Why?
Could someone really answer please and explain it to us ? (See also below another scholar question about this : “poly vagal theory” where the coach answered ‘What if these two theories aren’t actually contradictory at all?’ Yes please, that’s the question asked, could someone really answer us? 🙏
Thank you for your light on this.
