Hello, we learn that emotions create actions and I do agree, and also I experiment that actions create emotions which create thoughts. Eg. when going running, I become so happy, content, joyful, etc. and then pops up like flowers a bunch of great new thoughts even when I go running totally depressed! This is due to the endorphin hormones created by the action of running, not by a thought. The hormones create the pleasant emotions that create the pop up great thoughts. Same when activating the vagal nerve, etc. So far, I’ve never heard Brooke talking about this. Only the top to bottom way but not the two ways round. Could you please explain that and tell me more so I can understand better your work and vision? Thanks.
