Actions changing Ts and Fs

Hi Coaches,

One of the coaches I follow mentions how we as Life Coaches should take action and go out and tell people we are Life Coaches. We’re supposed to do it because it will show us how we feel about being a coach, and will also start to shift our thinking to believing we’re a coach. How does this work in the model?

The Action is ‘tell people I’m a Life Coach’ but the thought is not something super positive. How does doing the action change our thoughts?

Same goes with doing a power pose (standing up big and tall, making us feel more confident). How do these actions change how we feel?
