Actions tied to lifetime habits.


When TV is on I want to eat. I’ve always labeled this as autopilot; programmed in my brain. It’s as if it jumps from “C” to “A”. I am having trouble identifying my thought or feeling. Near as I can get is:
C = TV is on
T = I want to eat.
F = Elation
A – Eat mindlessly, not paying attention to hunger signals.
R = have not hit my target weight

New and not sure what next step is to start to reverse this…. suggestions. Thank you!!
