I was diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive type) about two years ago as well as being diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I haven’t been on medication for a few months and part of me wants to stay off of it but another part of me knows that I really struggle to stay focused. What are your thoughts around medication and thought work. I feel kind of like I would be cheating to go back on ADHD meds. And the thought work has helped a lot.
