I am still relatively new to Scholars and have been benefitting a lot from the organized approach to thought work. I had a “crisis” of sorts this morning at work and was amazed to see how well I could handle it with using the Model. However, it’s now lunchtime and the crisis is mostly calmed, and I’m starting to feel myself get “drifty.” There was a laser-like focus to the morning that was great and I got done what needed to get done without getting bogged down in unhelpful emotions or verbal processing, but I think that with the crisis over, my natural ADHD tendencies are manifesting more.
Are there any resources in Scholars specific to ADHD, or anything you would suggest based on the above scenario that I might find beneficial?
