Adjusting Protocol


Hi Brooke,

I would like to run my current food protocol by you, as I gained 3 pounds over the last two weeks.

Intermittent Fasting Window: 6:30pm till noon the next day
Morning: 2 cups of coffee with half & half
Noon: 8 oz. of vegetables (mostly leafy greens, cabbage, carrots and peppers), half avocado, 5 oz. of protein, 1 tsp. of dressing.
3pm: coffee with half & half
6pm: 8 oz. of vegetables (mostly leafy greens, cabbage, carrots and peppers), half avocado, 5 oz. of protein, 1 tsp. of dressing.

Three weeks ago I also started working out daily (my impossible goal). And so I run three times per week, I do weight lifting and strength training three times per week, and one day I do yoga.

Given the fact that I used to eat grains and removed them completely, I was expecting to see a major weight loss, so I am not sure where is my problem.
