Adrenal Fatigue


I have been struggling with adrenal fatigue for quite some time, and during this time I’ve put on quite a bit of weight. All the research I have done and my nutritional therapist says I can’t do intermittent fasting or super low carb. I’m supposed to have 1/2 cup of grain-based carbs three times a day and I’m not supposed to go too long without eating.

All this to say I really want to lose weight, the weight loss aspect was the main reason I signed up for the Scholars program. I’ve watched some of the 8 lbs in June course already and I already can see I can’t do parts of the program. Will a modified version of the program help me lose weight or am I going to need to find something else?
