I am within 3 pounds of my goal weight (45 pounds lost since feb!). I remember reading or hearing you talk about a challenge that arises when you reach your goal and you experience resistance to your new identity. Something about being tempted to slip back because it’s difficult to accept yourself at the new weight. I’ve been searching the Ask Brookes and have re-watched several Stop Overeating videos but can’t find it. If this sounds familiar at all, can you please point me in the direction of the advice I am thinking of?
