Hey there! This is Mary! I was reading the posts below and somebody had offered to share where there was some advice for kids that you have given in the past. I don’t know if my question was answered… I think I wrote it at the end of April and is probably archived there, but because I just started in April I can’t access the April page to read the answer, lol.
I had written that I work with children, from ages 3 and up and am often looking for ways to introduce thought work. I am sure that I do not need to reinvent the wheel, so would love to hear what others had come up with. Especially videos or games or activities to help introduce this process to them.
