Hi Brooke, I’ve been following a protocol for the last 3 weeks and have lost 12 pounds – yay it’s awesome!!! I’m finding that over the last few days my weight has stayed the same and wondered if i’ve reached a plateau. I would like to lose another 18 pounds or so and would love some advice on what I could adapt in my diet to help that or if I keep going for a little longer to see if it shifts suddenly? I have gone through your advanced training and understand a shift can occur suddenly. I currently eat between 12 – 8 pm and I eat the same two meals a da (one around 12-1 pm and the other around 7 pm): A cup of veggies (cauliflower rice, leeks and kale), one egg, 95g of salmon, a teaspoon of tahini, a little olive oil and 20g of flaked almonds.
