I’m doing the homework every morning, and the first thing I’ve noticed is that when I have to write down “what emotion did I feel yesterday” my first impulse is to concentrate on “the worst one.” What was the most negative emotion I felt yesterday. I have to admit, I was not expecting that. I’ve actually been getting a lot done, been very organized, been very intentional recently…and yet, I focused immediately on the negative emotions.
I have the feeling (HA!) this is going to take some work! So, thank you for this process and helping me to face this!
