Afraid of + hate task at work

There is a specific task at my job that I have to do every other month. It is a must for my job. I can’t delegate it, I simply have to do it. It takes about a full week, once every two months.

I absolutely hate it. I’m afraid of it. I’m afraid of the consequences of doing it wrong. It’s tedious and boring. I’m not sure I’m doing it 100% right all the time either.

How can I change my attitude about it? I want to make it pleasant, or at least neutral.
