Afraid to change protocol


I’m just starting back up with planning my food again, and for the first few days I’ve planned a sugary snack every morning around the same time. Even sticking to a plan that includes sugar seemed impossible a week ago, so I am really proud of doing that this weekend.

I would like to cut this sugary snack out now, because I don’t want to be having daily sugar long-term, but I’m scared to do it. I’m afraid that if I take it out of my plan for Tuesday, I won’t honor it and that will lead to me completely not planning again.

Should I wait until I feel more ready to cut out the sugar, or would it be better to cut it out and allow the fear?
