After the Overeat


C: Full sensation in my body
T: I am mad I overate
F: mad
A: Procrastinate on working on my webinar; Question what is wrong with me; Not look at the situation productively; Vow to not do it again
R: Disconnect from myself, my action, and my body goal

I want my R line to be not overeating ever, unless it’s planned. But as for the thought to get me there, I’m not sure what to try. Any ideas?
