Aging

I am 47 and recently have been wanting to prioritize my appearance. I always wanted to be beautiful but never really knew how. Now I”m learning that much of it is learning how to find clothes that flatter you, makeup etc. Things I just never knew how to do when I was younger. Anyway, as I”m going through this process I find myself having some scarcity thoughts about beauty and aging. Thoughts like:
You just have a few years left of having a decent figure
It’s all downhill from here
The older you get the more your beauty will fade
It’s not even worth trying; it’s too late

Here is a sample model:

C: I have a body
T: You just have a few years left of having a decent figure and it will be all downhill from here
F: Alarmed
A: Ruminate, judge self, look for flaws, have negative attitude
R: Be focused on the negative and find evidence for it, don’t love self

The problem is is that these thoughts feel very true. Can you suggest some alternative thoughts about aging and beauty?
