Not really a question, more just looking for validation and ideas on how to keep this concept front and center in my mind….
It just occurred to me that anytime I am complaining or negatively judging a situation-
I am fighting with the C line.
My brain does not want to accept what is and instead is offering me opportunities to fight with reality based on my manual. Also by complaining and judging my brain blocks off whatever feeling is underneath come up and pass through.
Those little complaints are so subtle, and sometimes even socially acceptable. I think things are starting to click!
How can I keep the surfaced? How do I keep practicing this?
