I’m in the gathering portion of the am I selling or not selling my Airbnb home.. leaning towards selling. and I wanted to ask you how do you go about making decisions?

I’m asking some experts for information since there are financial consequences that I need to take into consideration, real estate lawyers, expeditors, architects, accountant, etc. Making the decision from an informed place and not from a fear-based place. At the end of the day, I’m the one making the decision.

I remember when I decided to sell my previous property, a one bedroom apartment I loved and I decided to buy a two-family home. I did it because my downstairs neighbor was not the best neighbor. Fourteen years later it has been an amazing ride. I’m feeling tons of feelings right now and some days I buffer with food, not the best thing. Other days I’m better. But also I’m getting tired of not deciding. I don’t want to say “I don’t know” so I say I’m gathering information.
