I am starting a weight loss protocol. I’m not sure what to do with alcohol. It is calories and will affect my weight loss. But stopping or decreasing alcohol feels like a whole new hurdle to take alongside the stopping of overeating and I think it would be easier to tackle the issues individually. But I’m worried my food protocol won’t work if I’m still drinking. My thought is that I could put drinking on my protocol and put it as what I normally drink so I at least don’t end up buffering with it more than usual.
