All the anxiety


I should by stating that I am new to scholars.
I am learning that I have a tremendous amount of anxiety about so many areas of my life and I want to know how to get started managing each issue. Can you recommend a strategy. I have anxiety about organizing my home, my mind, my finances, my job, my dog, and my relationships. How should I get started? If I had to create a model I think it would look like this:

C: Life
T: I am overwhelmed; I don’t know where I will find the time to organize my house, take care of the things I care about, study and be better at my job
F: Anxious
A: Do a little of this and a little of that and still feel overwhelmed, buffer with food and feel more disappointed
R: No focus; no feeling of satisfaction or progress
