Allowing an emotion


Hi Brooke

I have been able to write down and name what I am feeling and describe how it feels in my body but I am unsure how answer the question “How do I know I am feeling it vs another emotion?” For example, my feeling is anxiety, and it feels like tightening of the throat, quickening of the breath and racing heart, but how do I know that it is not another emotion ?
