I’m having trouble allowing my negative feelings. 😣 They feel so uncomforetable. I have done a thought download to see what thoughts are coming up and have tried to turn them around. It helps, however there are times when I feel like the negative beliefs are so strong I can’t do this. I know this is when i need to allow it to be there. I’m finding it hard not to judge it/have negative thoughts about it. This is a real challenge for me. Do you have any tips?
