So I’ve listened to a lot of the questions surrounding drinking urges and how you have people allow 2 drinks etc and if they go cold turkey the are just resisting resist.
I am wondering how this might apply to overeating – when I go no sugar no flour no snacking I just do it and go for it – but I feel like then I’m not allowing urges I’m just 100% in the game and then it falls apart and nothing has changed. So wondering how to allow urges with overeating.
