Hi, I am working on this model to allow my urges to eat when I am hungry, and it is not time-based on the protocol. It seems really fine to me, but I wonder if the result is indeed correct since it’s not really the same as thought.

A: Joke, dedramatize the situation, and know that I can totally handle 2 hours of deprivation. I do not give thought errors. I hear those thoughts; I increase the volume of intentional thoughts. I encourage myself to keep going.
