I finally get it! All my life I have been avoiding temptations to lose weight and control my drinking. It didnt work as you well know. By allowing instead of resisting and avoiding I have become a person whose urges have been reduced so much. Tonight I put myself in an eating and drinking situation on purpose and I am not even sure I “deserve” to put the urges I felt on my 100 urge sheet they were so minor! This idea is life changing!
