Hi! Protocol question. I’ve heard Brooke say to avoid all flours including almond flour bc of the insulin response. I’m curious about how almond flour (made only of crushed almonds) is different from eating straight almonds which are protocol approved from what I can tell. Is it something to do with the way it’s digested? TIA!
