? #1:You said no almond milk at Starbuck’s…I’m wondering why not…it is unsweetened. I know this because my son and his girlfriend work there and they are very strict about having sugar. I read the label and it does not have sugar…or is there another reason? I also get Trader Joe’s Unsweetened Almond milk. And, there is also no carrageenan in either of these milks.
? #2: you said coffee does not break your fast…do you mean black coffee? If you put cream, milk or almond milk in it wouldn’t that create insulin to come out and play?
