I am struggling with the “giving up” thoughts. If I don’t have a glass of wine to look forward to, then what’s my reward? I have 30 years of habit to reverse here and only so much energy to give ie replace the wine with the gym, or grandsitting. And after a full on day at work, coming home to work on my business plan is not exactly thrilling. Just struggling with the alternative. Because at the moment it’s too easy to reach for that bottle or chocolate (or both). Appreciate your guidance here.
